At True Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always hassle-free and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
